The Role

You will join the London Private Equity team, which acts as a hub for European and cross-border deal activity spanning the full investment lifecycle. Typical mandates include platform acquisitions, complex carve-outs, take-private transactions, growth investments, co-investments and strategic disposals. The work is highly varied and requires close interaction with colleagues across multiple international offices and practice areas.

• Background from an elite US, Magic Circle or leading international firm
• Solid experience advising on cross-border transactions, particularly sponsor-side

• Commercial and solutions-driven mindset, coupled with strong interpersonal skills
