Job summary

Iconic Resourcing Ltd. is partnering with a Scottish law firm to recruit an Associate – Private Client for their Edinburgh team.

The role focuses on advising clients across wills, executry, trusts, and tax planning within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE in Private Client, be commercially minded, and capable of managing own workload while delivering high-quality client care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ PQE within Private Client
• Commercially aware and able to manage own workload
• Interest in business development and growth of the Private Client offering

Responsibilities

• Advise clients across private client work including wills, executry administration, powers of attorney, guardianships, trusts and succession planning
• Handle complex executries, trusts and tax planning matters with guidance as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues on larger, more complex matters and develop strong client relationships
