Elite Performance Hockey Coach - Women's 1st team

Slough Hockey Club is seeking an Elite Performance Coach to elevate our Women's 1's programme—lead, inspire, and drive success at the highest level of competition.

We are a leading hockey club dedicated to developing elite hockey talent, with over 45 years of history in outdoor and indoor hockey. Our club offers a top-quality environment for players to thrive, including our own clubhouse overlooking a water-based hockey pitch.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and deliver high-performance coaching sessions.
  2. Develop and implement tailored training programmes focusing on technical, tactical, physical, and psychological aspects of the game.
  3. Analyse player performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  4. Collaborate with coaching staff for a cohesive player development approach.
  5. Mentor and support players' personal and professional growth.
  6. Contribute to the strategic direction of the performance programme.
Essential Qualifications
  1. Proven coaching experience.
  2. Strong understanding of high-performance hockey components.
