Qualifications

• SIA licence is required for this role.
• Full, clean manual driving licence is required.
• 5-year checkable work or education history is requested.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• FREC3 and EUSR water hygiene training to be undertaken.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling and monitoring designated areas to detect intrusion, vandalism or suspicious activity.
• Alarm response: assess situations and contact emergency services if needed.
• Locking and unlocking premises at start and end of shifts.
• Key holding and safeguarding site keys.
• Maintain detailed incident logs for internal and legal use.
• Handle emergencies (fire alarms, medical incidents, security breaches) calmly and efficiently.
• Maintain security and upkeep of company vehicles used during patrols.
