Job summary

First Response Group Ltd is seeking elite mobile patrol officers to join our team. You will patrol designated sites, monitor activity, respond to alarms, secure premises and manage keys, while maintaining detailed incident logs. A valid SIA licence and a clean driving licence are required, with flexibility for nights and weekends.

FRG emphasises teamwork, safety and professionalism. Training such as FREC 3 and EUSR water hygiene will be provided as needed to support growth and excellence within

Qualifications

• SIA licensed security professional with patrol experience.
• Proven ability to monitor sites, respond to incidents and perform lock/unlock duties.
• Knowledge of security systems and alarms, with good reporting habits.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling and monitoring designated areas to deter intrusion and vandalism.
• Alarm response and rapid assessment of situations, including contacting emergency services when needed.
• Lock/unlock duties and key management for premises.

• Patrolling & Monitoring: Conduct regular patrols across designated areas to detect signs of intrusion, vandalism, or suspicious activity.
• Alarm Response: React promptly to alarm activations, assess situations, and take appropriate action, including contacting emergency services if needed.
• Locks & Unlocks: Secure premises at the start and end of shifts by performing lock/unlock duties.
• Key Holding: Safeguard and manage site keys responsibly.
• Incident Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and observations for internal and legal use.
• Emergency Management: Handle emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches with calm and efficiency.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the security and upkeep of company vehicles used during patrols.
