Job summary

Liverpool FC Women seek a Kit & Equipment Operative to support the kit, laundry and equipment functions across AXA Melwood. You will distribute kit, operate a heat press, manage stock, and ensure clean, organised kit rooms and laundry schedules.

You will work with IT tools (Excel, Word, Outlook), uphold high standards, maintain confidentiality, and attend home and away matches as required. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kit, equipment, laundry, or operational support in a professional sporting environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high attention to detail and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Assist in distribution of players and colleagues kit, ensuring adequate provision for all football activities and compliance with regulations.
• Use a heat press to support printing on kit and equipment.
• Maintain clean, tidy, and organised work/storage areas including changing rooms, boot rooms, kit rooms, and laundry.
• Support stock control and quality control on kit and equipment.
• Assist in maintaining kit and equipment, including timely laundry and cleaning within the schedule.
• Comply with club policies, health and safety, and other regulations.
• Take on any other duties to ensure the kit department operates at a high standard.
