Ground Control in Egham, England, United Kingdom, is seeking a Part Time Gardener to join our grounds team at a prestigious hotel site. This permanent role offers 10 hours per week, Saturday to Sunday, with the opportunity to contribute to high-quality grounds maintenance and landscape presentation.

You will perform mowing, pruning, hedge cutting and general gardening tasks, while maintaining safety and helping improve outdoor spaces. A proactive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Practical grounds maintenance or horticultural experience.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, strimming, pruning, hedge cutting and general gardening.
• Maintain attractive, well-presented grounds year-round.
• Identify opportunities to enhance planting and overall site appearance.
• Carry out spraying activities where qualified.
• Take ownership of tools, machinery and vehicles for daily operations.
• Follow health, safety and environmental procedures.
