Job summary

eNL in Birmingham is seeking an experienced HNW Tax & Trusts Associate Solicitor to join a growing private client team. You will advise high-net-worth clients on complex tax, trusts and estate planning matters and work closely with partners across private client, tax and related practice areas.

The role offers exposure to sophisticated matters for high-net-worth individuals and families, with opportunities for career progression within a leading national practice.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Tax, Trusts or Private Client Solicitor.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK tax and trusts.
• Experience advising HNW/UHNW individuals and families.
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
• Strong client management and communication abilities.
• A commercial, solutions-focused approach.
• The ability to manage your own caseload while working collaboratively as part of a wider team.
• Ambition to develop your career within a leading national practice.
• Experience with complex estates, family investment structures, business owners or international clients would be advantageous.
