Third Space in London is seeking a Strength & Conditioning Coach to deliver high-energy classes with a focus on coaching quality, movement standards, and member results.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience delivering group S&C or small-group training.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and movement quality.
• Ability to coach mixed-ability groups while maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy Strength & Conditioning classes with a focus on coaching quality and member results.
• Coach movements across barbell lifts, cables, accessories, and mobility work with safe execution.
• Lead 12-week training programmes developing strength, hypertrophy, movement quality, and performance.
• Provide personalised coaching cues and progression pathways for all experience levels.
• Design warm-ups with mobility, activation, and potentiation protocols.
• Build members' confidence and technical competence through expert coaching.
• Create a premium coaching experience combining performance training with a supportive community.
