Job summary

Third Space in London is expanding its Strength & Conditioning offering and is hiring instructors who are inspirational and engaging to lead group sessions across multiple clubs.

The role focuses on delivering expert coaching, safe technique, and creating an energetic, inclusive class atmosphere that drives member engagement and retention, while upholding world-class coaching standards.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Fitness Qualification required.
• Expertise in strength & conditioning and movement mechanics essential.
• Experience coaching in studios using a microphone.
• Strong passion for group fitness and engaging class experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coaching across Third SpaceStrength & Conditioning concepts.
• Lead safe, engaging group sessions for all abilities.
• Provide instruction on strength training, movement mechanics and conditioning.
• Motivate members to achieve fitness and wellbeing goals.
• Adapt coaching to varying experience levels and capabilities.
• Create an inclusive, energetic training environment to drive engagement.
• Maintain high standards of class delivery, safety and member experience.
• Build relationships with members, offering ongoing support and accountability.
• Promote the Third Space brand and coaching excellence.
• Collaborate with fitness team to evolve Strength & Conditioning offering.
