Job summary

Fulham Football Club Limited is seeking a Grounds Person to help develop and maintain the Craven Cottage football pitch and surrounding landscapes. The role reports to the Head of Grounds and Directors, with a focus on achieving high pitch standards and maintenance targets.

You will work alongside an experienced team, performing mowing, line marking, aeration, fertilising and seed work, and supporting matchday preparations and post-match duties.

Qualifications

• Maintain Craven Cottage to the highest standard.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain machines, tools, equipment and club properties.
• Mow, line mark, aerate, fertilise, top dress, seed pitch; operate pitch light movements.
• Assist on matchday preparations and post-match works on the pitch.
• Assist in end of season pitch renovations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and repair pitch before/after games.
• General maintenance of pitch, landscapes and equipment.
• Watering and pitch light movements.
• Upload pitch testing results to software and inform Head of Grounds of issues.
• Be prepared for early mornings and late finishes due to Premier League schedule.
