Job description

FTC 12 months. Rare opportunity for a dedicated and versatile administration professional to join our HR team as an Eligibility & Compliance Co-ordinator. The role is remote/home based with very occasional travel to team meetings within the UK.
The role is fast-paced and will involve plenty of variety, including:

  1. Supporting with sponsored workers requirements in line with UKVI requirements
  2. Ensuring Barchester employees and workers subject to immigration control hold the correct right to work in the UK prior to commencement in post and maintain this throughout employment
  3. Assisting with monitoring and tracking visa renewals in line with agreed SLA’s
  4. Developing a comprehensive understanding of immigration and regulatory compliance requirements.
  5. Ensuring all qualified staff are registered with the relevant regulatory bodies (e.g., NMC, SSSC, SCW)
