Job summary

Pertemps North West and North Wales is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer for a permanent role in Lowton, Warrington. The successful candidate will spray fifth wheel components, operate electrostatic spray guns, and manage 2-pack paint systems on a fast-moving conveyor line.

Support with maintenance of spray booths, adherence to quality and safety standards, and opportunities for training are provided. Competitive weekly hours and an early Friday finish are available in a structured weekday pattern.

Qualifications

• Time-servedPaint Sprayer with proven industrial experience.
• Hands-on experience with electrostatic spray equipment.
• Knowledge of 2-pack paint systems and automated mixing.
• Ability to carry out general maintenance on spray equipment and booths.
• Experience working in time-critical conveyor-based environments (advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.

Responsibilities

• Paint spraying of fifth wheel components to required quality standards.
• Operation of electrostatic spray guns and associated equipment.
• Use and maintenance of 2-pack paint auto-mix systems.
• Daily spray booth maintenance including cleaning, filter checks, and basic troubleshooting.
• Working efficiently within a moving conveyor production line with time-critical processes.
• Ensuring all work meets internal quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Reporting equipment issues and supporting continuous improvement activities.
