Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technical Specialist to support the London North Electrophysiology portfolio. You will provide on-site clinical and technical support during EP procedures, assist with CARTO-based workflows, and ensure patient safety and device performance.

You will train clinicians and cath lab staff, drive adoption of new technologies, and collaborate with account and regional teams to improve procedure efficiency.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and presentation skills are required.
• Ability to understand complex technical and clinical concepts.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support during electrophysiology procedures.
• Assist physicians with mapping, navigation and ablation workflows using CARTO platform.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time during procedures.
• Ensure high standards of patient safety and product performance.
• Deliver training for consultants, cardiac physiologists, nurses and cath lab staff.
• Support new technology launches and clinical adoption programmes.
• Develop centres of excellence through education and best-practice sharing.
• Partner with Account Managers, Regional Sales Managers and Clinical Development Managers.
• Identify opportunities to increase technology utilisation and procedural efficiency.
• Support competitive conversions and implementation plans.
• Become a subject matter expert across the EP portfolio.
• Maintain knowledge of clinical evidence, guidelines and competitor technologies.
• Support investigations and resolution of product-related queries.
• Operate in accordance with Credo values, and maintain accurate documentation.
