As part of our continued investment in team growth, we’re excited to introduce a new opportunity for a Clinical Team Leader to join Abbott’s Electrophysiology (EP) division, covering the South East UK region. The ideal candidate will be based in Central/Greater London and play a key role in supporting our cutting-edge cardiac technologies in the field. Importantly, this position is a fantastic stepping stone into people management, making it an excellent fit for those aspiring to grow into future leadership roles within the organization.

What you\'ll do
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Field technical Engineers within the region.
  • Drive continuous upskilling and refreshment of practice across the field team to support ongoing learning and development.
  • Equip the regional FTE team with the training and coaching needed to maximize product usage and upgrades where clinically appropriate.
  • Optimize product application to deliver the best possible patient outcomes, ensuring access to leading clinical technologies.
  • Ensure highest standards of clinical excellence in EP are maintained across our field team, including complex & non complex mapping, in lab solution creation, customer training and product differentiation.
  • Work within region, supporting the regional sales manager, to ensure alignment on key clinical activities and to ensure allocation of resource.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to encourage their continuous input on conventional therapies and technologies, emerging technologies and patient requirements.
  • Promote best in class patient outcomes.
  • Create a shared vision of how the teams’ activities align to EP team strategy.
