Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking an experienced Electronics Test Engineer in Langley to join a leading imaging and embedded technology manufacturer. You will test, fault-find, repair, and support both prototype and production activities, ensuring quality and reliability.

The role requires strong PCB testing, SMT soldering and circuit-diagram literacy, with responsibilities spanning from diagnosis to repair and collaboration with production teams.

Qualifications

• Electronics qualification or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proven experience with component-level fault finding.
• Strong PCB testing and repair experience.
• Experience with SMT soldering and rework.
• Ability to read and understand circuit diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Test, diagnose, fault-find, and repair electronic products

We are looking for an experienced Electronics Test Engineer to join a leading manufacturer of imaging and embedded technology products in Langley.

This is an excellent opportunity for an electronics professional to join a growing engineering environment, where you will be responsible for testing, fault-finding, repairing, and supporting both prototype and production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test, diagnose, fault-find, and repair electronic products
• Carry out component-level fault finding on PCBs and electronic assemblies
• Perform PCB testing, repair, SMT soldering, and rework
• Assemble and test electro-mechanical units
• Read and interpret circuit diagrams and technical documentation
