We are leaders in the design, development, and engineering of exceptional wireline electronic equipment. We focus on running formation evaluation, well integrity, intervention and perforating well site operations for the production of oil and gas.

Partner with the best

You will carry out pre-defined test processes for downhole equipment per a laid-out test procedure and record test data using an online test results system for each individual tool. This can entail troubleshooting and problem-solving of the results, carrying out remedial work for the tools to regain their test parameters. The role can be suited to both Day shift and Late shift patterns.

As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting manual and automated testing of electronic circuits and sub-assemblies.
  • Fault-finding to component level on PCBs using related equipment, e.g. Oscilloscope and DVM.
  • Supporting the production team with occasional electronics assembly support.
  • Providing testing feedback to the production team to help drive continuous improvement.
  • Testing of equipment including Electrical safety checks e.g. Megger and flash testing.
  • Being proactive in ensuring that health and safety is the first priority for employees, suppliers, and customers.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have an Electronic based apprenticeship, HNC or equivalent experience.
  • Have previous experience in an electronics testing role.
  • Have a good foundation in electronics circuit theory, either through an apprenticeship, industry, or academia.
