Qualifications

• Hands-on electronics manufacturing experience.
• Experience with PCB assembly and soldering processes.
• Familiarity with IPC standards is advantageous.
• Interest in transitioning to training or teaching roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IPC certification and electronics manufacturing training courses.
• Teach practical electronics manufacturing techniques including PCB assembly and soldering.
• Deliver training on IPC standards and industry best practice.
• Combine classroom and hands-on workshop-based training.
• Support engineers, technicians and manufacturing personnel.
• Travel to customer sites and deliver training from the Witham facility.
