Electronics Technician

  • Would suit a recent Apprentice or leaver looking to develop a career within a specialist R&D environment.

Electronics Technician or Instrumentation Technician to conduct instrument calibration and repair. This Electronics Technician job will suit:

  • A Technician with practical electronics experience, ideally instrument calibration and repair.
  • A recently completed apprenticeship or college qualification within an electronics related discipline.
  • You are likely to have a relevant qualification (HND / BTEC or Degree) in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or similar discipline.
  • Ability to read and create basic electronic designs.
  • Hands on in nature and have an inquisitive mindset when it comes to electronics and testing.

  • Preparation of technical calibration reports.
  • Fault finding to component level, soldering to replace surface mount devices.
