Job summary

Mansell Recruitment Group is seeking a Quality Inspector in the United Kingdom to ensure high production quality. You will inspect components prior to release, collaborate with production teams and uphold a quality-driven culture.

You will perform detailed visual inspections, report non-conformances, and execute first-off inspections against BOMs using inspection tools in a PCB/manufacturing setting. A strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, ideally electronics or PCB.
• Familiarity with inspection tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• IPC standards knowledge (desirable).
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed visual inspections of components and assemblies
• Identify and report non-conformances, supporting continuous improvement
• Perform first-off inspections against Bills of Materials
• Use a variety of inspection tools within a PCB/manufacturing environment
• Work from engineering and manufacturing documentation
• Support compliance with quality standards and procedures
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety
