Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Production Technician (Electronics) to join a world‑leading oil & gas specialist in Bicester. You will assemble bespoke electronic products and gain on‑the‑job training with clear progression paths, in a role offering overtime and a good work‑life balance.

Based in the workshop, you will solder and cleave components, troubleshoot production issues, and work Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Electronics background with soldering and cleaving experience.
• Experience assembling mechanical/electronic products is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assemble a range of bespoke electronic products for oil & gas projects.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electronic issues that arise in production.
• Adhere to shift patterns and contribute to a productive workshop environment.
