Caselton Clark is partnering with a premier IP practice in the Midlands to recruit a Qualified Patent Attorney specialising in Electronics & High-Tech. You will manage drafting and international portfolios, interface with clients on strategy and due diligence, and support EPO opposition work.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years PQE with a strong electronics/tech background and a client-focused, commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• UK Patent Attorney qualification (1–5 years PQE).
• Educational background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drafting & portfolio management of domestic and international patent portfolios.
• FTO & patentability analyses with advice on freedom-to-operate, infringement, and validity.
