TMUK Lincoln is looking for a key individual to join our Manufacturing Team based at Firth Road in Lincoln.

This is a hands-on role where the successful candidate will work closely with the Production team to assemble and deliver highly technical RF and electronic assemblies for niche Microwave Radar applications.

What you'll be involved in:
  • Manufacture, wire bond, epoxy, and solder PCB and RF assemblies in line with document packs.
  • Maintain accurate production data, records, assessments, and manufacturing paperwork, raising change requests to keep documentation current.
  • Help manage and promote safe working in compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and procedures.
  • Work to meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly production output targets as agreed with management.
  • Complete support repair work for customer returns within agreed timescales.
  • Support and participate in housekeeping and visual management programs.
What we're looking for in you:
  • High level of dexterity and attention to detail; experience with hand tools, soldering, wire bonding, and silver epoxy mounting, demonstrating ESD compliance.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical data.
  • Relevant qualifications or experience in electrical/electronic engineering.
  • Manage own material inventory accurately.
  • Availability to work extra hours or shifts as needed.
  • Further/Higher education in Electronics or related fields.
  • Experience with SAP in a production environment.
  • Knowledge of Lean tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
