Job summary

Teknikal Specialist Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Technician with an electronics bias to join their Bedfordshire facility. You will fault-find and repair electronic systems on high-spec equipment in a cleanroom environment, supporting production efficiency across electrical, electronic and some mechanical systems.

This role offers double day shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm), a profit-share scheme, private healthcare, funding for further education, 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, gym and

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience working in a cleanroom or wafer fabrication setting (preferred).
• Strong skills in PCB fault-finding, soldering, and working with motors/control panels.
• Ability to read electrical/electronic schematics.
• Confident working with PPE and chemicals.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance on high-spec equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and repair electronic faults to support production efficiency.
• Assist with stock management and process improvements.
• Support safety standards and reporting.
