Job summary

Graphcore is seeking an Electronics Laboratory Lead to own the safe, reliable operation of our Bristol labs. You will manage test equipment, lab infrastructure, ESD controls and maintenance planning while leading a team of technicians to support engineering and operations.

You will work with facilities, supply chain, quality and hardware teams to set lab standards, drive improvements and enable rapid hardware bring-up, validation and testing across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electronics labs and teams.
• Strong understanding of lab safety in electronics environments.
• Ability to set standards, improve processes and solve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the safe, reliable operation of Bristol labs and ensure facilities, equipment and infrastructure support critical work.
• Manage test equipment, lab infrastructure, ESD controls, goods in/out, maintenance planning and technical readiness.
• Build and guide a technician team to support multidisciplinary lab users.
• Shape how labs run, scale and support Graphcore's next stage.
• Coordinate subcontractors for maintenance, calibration, upgrades or services.
