Job description

London (Hybrid) – Electronics Hardware Engineer – 50-60k

This is a great opportunity to join a well-funded company at the start of something great, designing sensors that are revolutionising the health domain. They already have a product to market and are now looking to develop their product range further. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with strong Electronics Hardware experience, capable of developing hardware for new prototypes, with experience in IoT protocols like LoRaWAN, Zigbee, etc.

Main Duties:

1. Work on hardware and sensor integration, including selecting, evaluating, and integrating sensors.
2. Collaborate with external engineers to refine PCB layouts and ensure optimal sensor performance and placement.
3. Design and test electronic circuits for prototypes.
4. Drive rapid hardware project cycles and support DFM (Design for Manufacturing) decisions.

Skills Needed:

• Strong electronics design experience, with a history of leading projects from start to finish.
• Experience integrating sensors with hardware.
• Proficiency in PCB design and layout.
• Experience with IoT protocols such as LoRaWAN, Zigbee, BLE is highly advantageous.

Further Information:

This role is hybrid, requiring attendance in the office 3 days a week.

The company has already completed seed funding and is on track for Series A next year, indicating strong financial backing.
