TTP Group in Cambridge is seeking a Graduate Consultant (Electronic Engineering) to join our on-site team and work across multi-disciplinary projects.

You will contribute from day one, solving real-world problems, engaging with clients, and developing both technical and commercial acumen. Opportunities to lead projects and grow within the team are available.

This role starts in September 2027 within a supportive, employee-owned consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Academic record reflecting capacity for rigorous, first-principles thinking.
• Minimum 2:1 in Electronic Engineering or closely related discipline with strong accompanying A-Levels (or IB).
• Commercially aware and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proactive and self-starting attitude.
• Collaborative and emotionally intelligent with strong communication skills.
• Strategic and systems-minded, able to see the bigger picture and manage ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Dive straight into contributing to technical projects across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Engage directly with clients, building trusted relationships and understanding requirements.
• Demonstrate leadership as you gain experience, potentially leading projects and teams.
• Represent TTP at conferences in the UK and internationally to grow network and opportunities.
• Develop deep understanding of industries we work across and translate that into practical solutions.
