Job summary

TTP Group in Cambridge invites applications for a Year In Industry Placement – Electronic Engineering consultant. This full-time, fixed-term internship starts Aug/Sept 2027 and places you at the heart of client projects within a collaborative, employee-owned consultancy.

You will contribute to real engineering challenges, develop solutions across health tech, energy, and communications, and build trusted client relationships while growing as a consultant on-site five days a week.

Qualifications

• Must have completed at least 2 years of your degree when the Year in Industry Placement begins.
• Strong interest in electronics and engineering and ability to apply knowledge to real-world problems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to technical projects and solve complex real-world problems.
• Work with clients and be a trusted, integral member of the team.
• Engage with multi-disciplinary project teams to develop new products and technologies.

Education

2nd year (or higher) Electronic Engineering or closely related discipline

Strong A-Levels or IB qualifications
