Recruitment Solutions Workforce Ltd is seeking an Engineering Manager - Electronics in Merthyr Tydfil to lead a small engineering team and drive the development of high-quality electronic products. The role sits within a busy operations environment, reporting to senior management and coordinating with cross-functional departments to meet project milestones.

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or related field.
Experience in engineering supervisory/leadership roles in electronic manufacturing.
Knowledge of SMT processes and quality control.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and inspire a team of engineers to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Define roles and allocate resources for efficient task execution.
Support NPI through product development from concept to manufacturing, ensuring schedules and quality.
Collaborate with Production, Test, Quality, PCBA, Purchasing and Finance to drive development.
Oversee RMA processes and prepare failure analysis reports; provide refurbishment quotes.
