Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or related field.
• Experience in engineering supervisory/leadership roles in electronic manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SMT processes and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team of engineers to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Define roles and allocate resources for efficient task execution.
• Support NPI through product development from concept to manufacturing, ensuring schedules and quality.
• Collaborate with Production, Test, Quality, PCBA, Purchasing and Finance to drive development.
• Oversee RMA processes and prepare failure analysis reports; provide refurbishment quotes.
