Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and skilled electronics engineer responsible for repairing and diagnostics on a wide variety of items down to component level. This includes printed circuit boards, power supplies, CRT and TFT screens, as well as RF and communications equipment.

The range of products repaired by the company includes:

• Printed Circuit Boards
• Power Supplies
• Security products including CCTV cameras, pan & tilt devices, and DVRs

Items come in for repair from various applications such as aerospace, agriculture, defence, mass transportation, robotics, and security.

The company also offers repairs on unique devices where technical information is unavailable, requiring reverse engineering, as well as volume repairs for end users or manufacturers.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate must have the ability to read circuit diagrams, solder correctly, and derive circuits from items requiring repair and testing without documentation.
