Technical Futures Ltd is seeking an accomplished Electronics Engineer with strong RF and analogue design skills to join our thriving technical consultancy. You will work on a complex range of projects from radar systems to sensors and radio communications, with hybrid working and a generous salary plus benefits.

The Electronics (RF & Analogue) Engineer should have a 2.1 BEng/MEng in Electronic Engineering, post‑graduate RF circuit design experience, and proficiency with CAD tools (HFSS,

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2.1 BEng/MEng in Electronic Engineering or relevant subject.
  • Post-graduate RF based circuit design experience, ideally some within a defence related environment.
  • Good Analogue, Microwave and RF design and simulation experience.
  • Developing products from conception through to manufacture.
  • Experience with radar systems, antennas, radio systems (SDR), surveillance and/or sensors highly beneficial.
  • Customer facing experience.
  • Knowledge of CAD (Ansys HFSS, ADS).
  • Exposure to open architecture standards such as OpenCPI, STICS or SOSA highly beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team to develop RF/Analogue electronics from concept to approved design.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand complex requirements and provide innovative solutions.
  • Develop products from conception through to manufacture and verification.
  • Support and participate in design reviews, testing and integration activities.

Job description

An accomplished Electronics Engineer with solid RF and Analogue circuit design skills will join a thriving Technical Consultancy to work on a complex range of projects from the latest radar systems to sensors and radio communications. Great opportunity to bring your own ideas to solve challenging real-world problems whilst interacting closely with Clients. Generous salary with Hybrid working and benefits to include Company Bonus Scheme and 10% Company Pension contribution.

Applications welcome from mid level to Senior level with salary commensurate with experience.

As a key member of a multidisciplinary engineering team, the successful RF & Analogue Electronics Engineer will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, using your technical expertise to find innovative solutions their complex requirements. You ll bring experience of developing products from concept through to successful design verification.
