Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions is seeking an Electronics Engineer to design and deliver electronics schematics and PCB layouts for multiple projects. You will collaborate with software and mechanical teams, apply CAE tools, and ensure designs meet EMC and DFX standards.

You will interface with manufacturing partners, generate documentation, and contribute to advancing our electronics strategy while exploring new technologies.

Formación

• Honours degree in Electronics or related field.
• Experience in electronics engineering at graduate level.
• Circuit design, PCB layout, verification and interface to manufacturing.
• Digital electronics: microprocessors, I2C, SPI, USB, LVDS basics.
• Analog electronics: signal interfacing and protection.
• Power electronics: 48V DC switching and power interfacing.
• DFX and EMC compliance knowledge.
• SolidWorks for mechanical PCB interfaces.
• Documentation from power models to simulations and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver electronics schematics and PCB designs for products and projects.
• Use simulation/CAE tools to produce robust, manufacturable designs.
• Investigate functional issues with customers, supply and manufacturing.
• Interface PCBs with enclosures using CAD/CAE with mechanical teams.
• Create production/test documentation and specifications.
• Research new technologies and collaborate across the engineering team.
• Manage projects or tasks within projects as required.
• Ensure designs are tested and compliant with relevant standards.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to electronics strategy.
