Job description

We’re seeking an experienced Manufacturing Electronics Engineer to join our advanced production facility. You'll be a key part of the manufacturing team, working across the full product lifecycle—from supporting existing production to transferring innovative new products into operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take full ownership of diagnosing and resolving faults during production.
  • Refine and maintain testing procedures and instructions for electronic boards.
  • Drive improvements in First Time Yield on board testing (both internally and at supplier sites)
  • Lead and contribute to DFMEA and PFMEA processes during the design of new products
  • Work closely with suppliers to resolve testing issues and support setup of test jigs and sub-assembly builds
  • Conduct acceptance testing for components going through New Product Introduction (NPI)

Experience

  • Background in electronics manufacturing, ideally in a high-tech or safety-critical environment
  • Practical experience in PCB fault-finding, testing and design
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis, engineering change management, and non-conformance processes
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle and continuous improvement methods
  • Clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
