Job summary

MBDA is inviting undergraduates to join a year-long placement at our Stevenage site across Electronics Engineering, Electrical Missile Architecture and Test Architecture pathways. The programme runs from September 2027, with on-site work 3-4 days a week and a salary of £24,460 per year.

You will contribute to real-world defence projects, gain exposure to full product lifecycles, and may secure a graduate role after completion. An employer bonus and Pension contributions are included.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate studying for a degree in Electrical, Electronic, Avionics, Electro-mechanical or related Engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Work across three pathways: Electronics Engineering, Electrical Missile Architecture, and Test Architecture.
• Engage in lifecycle activities from requirements capture to prototype testing.
• Collaborate across technical functions to support project delivery.
