Job summary

Domino Printing Sciences is seeking an Electronics Engineer to contribute to the development, enhancement and support of our industrial printing solutions. You will work in a multidisciplinary R&D team to design and improve printers, accessories and services, delivering innovative value to customers.

You will be degree qualified in Electronic Engineering, with hands-on electronics design, testing, and fault finding in product development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or related discipline with experience in electronics design, testing, or fault finding.
• Experience in analogue and digital circuits, debugging and fault diagnosis.
• Understanding of EMC, product safety, compliance, and design verification.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative peer review mindset.
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams and driving continuous improvement.

About the Role

We are looking for an Electronics Engineer to play a key role in the development, enhancement, and support of our industry-leading industrial printing solutions. Working as part of a multidisciplinary R&D team, you will contribute to the design and improvement of new and existing printers, accessories, and services, helping to deliver innovative solutions that add real value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot electronic systems for new and existing industrial printing products.
• Support the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of mature products across a range of technologies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple international locations.
• Provide technical engineering support to Field Service, Manufacturing, and Sourcing functions.
• Investigate complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement of products, processes, and ways of working.
• Contribute to a collaborative and innovative global R&D environment.

About you

You will be degree qualified in Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline, with experience in electronics design, testing, or fault finding within a product development environment.

You'll have:

Desirable:

• Experience supporting products from development through to production.
• Exposure to global manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Knowledge of FPGA, RFID, power electronics, sensors, or system design.
• Python, C++, LabVIEW, or test equipment development experience.
• Emerging leadership and project management skills.
