Job summary

Redline Group Ltd in Aberystwyth, Wales, is seeking an Electronics Design Engineer with proven experience in PCB design, embedded systems and electronic hardware development. You will join an expanding R&D team taking products from concept through to production.

Responsibilities include designing schematics and PCB layouts, building and testing prototype instruments, supporting NPI and transfer to manufacturing, and developing testing and calibration processes to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Proven experience in electronics development, PCB design and layout
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems and ARM-based microcontrollers
• Experience with EMC compliance; Altium Designer and HDI PCB design desirable

• Build, test and debug prototype instruments incorporating analogue and digital electronics
• Support new product introduction, design for manufacture and transfer of products into production

Are you an Electronics Design Engineer with proven experience in PCB design, embedded systems and electronic hardware development?

This role offers the opportunity to join an expanding R&D team, based in Aberystwyth, where you will play a key role in the design, development, testing and manufacture of innovative electronic instruments, taking products from initial concept through to full production.
