Your Challenges
Understand and analyse product needs to determine the costs, timescales & technical requirements for creating electrical & electronic systems through agile project methodology for ultra-low temperature freezers.
Design, release and maintain electrical & electronic systems and components for ULT freezers. Ensure designs meet with customer expectations, applicable regulations and safety standards. Manage risks based on FMEA analyses and make fact-based decisions on the suitability of electrical & electronic engineering design solutions.
Create robust testing procedures for electronic equipment and components. Write clear & concise technical reports as well as work instructions for system manufacturing.
Thoroughly investigate and precisely determine failure modes on electrical & electronic systems. Drive changes to resolve any issues in a timely manner while focusing on quality and cost.
Support operations with electrical & electronics installation sustainment and continuous improvement by monitoring and evaluating current processes and component availability, identifying opportunities for improvement with a view to reducing costs and increasing production efficiency.
Your Expertise
BSc degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Solid experience in electrical/electronic product development.
Proven ability with system, PCB and cable harness design, testing and troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of electrical & electronics compliance. Experience of UL and EMC certification, as well as safety requirements.
