Electronics Project Design Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the design of cutting-edge electronic systems including PCBs, circuits, and layouts.
  • Own the project lifecycle—from quoting and scoping to delivery and support.
  • Collaborate directly with customers, translating their needs into technical solutions.
  • Design across domains: FPGA, analogue, digital, and embedded systems.
  • Ensure compliance with UKCA/CE standards and maintain quality documentation.
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients, keeping projects on track and risks managed.

What You Bring:

  • A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Proven experience in electronic and PCB design, with a strong grasp of project management.
  • Hands-on skills in:
  • Analogue & digital design
  • STM32, firmware, embedded code
  • CAD tools (SolidWorks) and Altium, VHDL, Libero
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple projects with ease.
