Global Communication Services (GCS) is offering an exciting opportunity for an Electronics & Communications Technician Apprenticeship at our High Wycombe operations in Perth. This is your chance to begin a career in a progressive and in-demand trade within the mining and communications industries.

This role is Perth-based (residential). Candidates must live in the Perth metropolitan area.

The Role

As an Apprentice Electronics & Communications Technician, you will study towards a Certificate III in Electronics and Communications while gaining practical experience with:

• Radio communication systems and wide area networks
• Fibre optic and data networks
• Wi-Fi and remote monitoring technologies
• Electronic systems maintenance and repairs
• Workshop-based builds and field installations

This Perth-based role may also involve travel to regional and mining locations as projects require.
