Qualifications

• Previous experience in electronics or electronic components is preferred.
• Able to manage the full purchasing process—from RFQs to order follow-up and supplier management.
• Experienced in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Place and progress purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues or delays.
• Maintain regular communication with suppliers to track order status and update internal teams.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support company objectives.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
• Monitor the supplier on time deliveries and report any issues.
• Maintain vendor data information and assist in identifying new potential vendors.
