Job summary

Quest Employment is seeking Production Operatives for a leading Corby manufacturer. The role involves assembling electrical connectors, reading technical drawings, and performing manual and some soldering tasks in a clean, modern factory.

This is a temporary to permanent position with full training, a 39-hour week from Monday to Thursday 08:00–17:00 and Friday 08:00–13:00, with overtime available. Candidates with basic electronics assembly experience will have an advantage, but training is

Responsibilities

• Assembling electrical connectors and small components to precise specifications.
• Working from technical drawings and instructions.
• Carrying out manual and technical assembly, including soldering and loom assembly.
• Using tools and equipment at your workstation.
• Inspecting completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintaining a steady and efficient working pace.
