Job summary

Infinity Employment is recruiting for an Electronics Assembler to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Portsmouth. This is a temporary-to-permanent role working 37.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday, at £12.71 per hour with potential overtime.

You will assemble safety power solutions and related electrical/electronic components, following drawings and instructions to ensure high-quality results. The position offers long-term growth in a stable environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or electrical/electronic assembly.
• Capable with PCB or electronic components.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fire and security systems and related electrical components.
• Insert connections, wires, terminals and PCB components.
• Work with wiring looms and connectors.
• Perform basic electrical testing and inspection of assemblies.
• Identify defects and report quality issues.
• Perform basic mechanical assembly using hand tools.
• Follow drawings and assembly instructions.
• Maintain high quality standards in all tasks.
