Job summary

ESROE in Fareham, Hampshire, is seeking an Electronic Warfare Engineer to work on the MicroESM family and related software/hardware tasks. Roles balance software development and hardware work depending on background, with opportunities for RF bench testing and field demonstrations.

The position requires an excellent honours degree in a relevant subject and a strong interest in Defence Technology, ESM knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a small, driven team. On-site work only.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in Electronic Engineering or related field (e.g., CS, Physics, Mathematics).
• Experience in software development or practical/industry experience in programming.
• Strong interest in Defence Technology and ESM software/hardware.

Responsibilities

• Develop ESROE's MicroESM systems and associated software/hardware.
• Contribute to research, algorithm development, and data analysis.
• Design, implement, test, and document software for radar classification and identification.
