Department:Testing and Quality Assurance

Role Overview:At the intersection of design and product management, you will play an instrumental role in the validation of our state-of-the-art controllers. Your chief responsibility will be to ensure that new controllers are meticulously tested and fulfill all key acceptance criteria. Beyond hands-on testing, we're searching for an individual who excels at analytical thinking, report writing, and boasts a solid foundation in electronics. This role offers the chance to be deeply involved in the end-to-end product development process, ensuring the delivery of top-tier products.

Key Responsibilities:

Work hand-in-hand with the design and product management teams to understand product specifications and test requirements.

Develop and execute test plans to evaluate the performance and reliability of new controllers.

Quality Assurance & Acceptance Testing:

Conduct rigorous tests to ensure that controllers meet or exceed key acceptance criteria.

Identify potential issues, bottlenecks, or vulnerabilities in the product design.

Report Writing & Documentation:

Compile detailed test reports, highlighting findings, potential improvements, and overall product quality.

Ensure that documentation is precise, clear, and actionable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Troubleshooting & Feedback Loop:

Use electronics knowledge to diagnose issues and propose potential solutions.

Engage in feedback loops with the design and production teams, providing insights to enhance product design and quality.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field would be a bonus but not required.
  • Enthusiasm, interest and a willingness to learn would be highly valued.
  • Sensible, logical person, able to think clearly and problem solve in a straightforward manner.
  • Proficient in report writing with an emphasis on clarity and precision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid foundational knowledge of electronics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
