Overview

Join a growing and dynamic electronic trading team focused on algorithmic, ETF, Program and Index trading across global markets. Work alongside professionals, leveraging award-winning algo-rithms and trading analytics platform to deliver institutional clients high performance execution and coverage.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced trading desk environment whilst executing and optimizing ETF and index program trades using advanced algos
  • Monitor and refine algorithmic trading strategies using real-time market data, and analyse execution quality through daily TCA and performance reviews
  • Provide coverage and execution support for client-driven flow whilst driving improvements
  • Collaborate with quant, tech, and strategy teams to enhance trading logic
  • Maintain awareness of market microstructure and regulatory impacts and support pre- and post-trade analytics, including cost models and slippage
Qualifications
  • Degree level education or equivalent experience required
  • Advanced IT skills, including all standard Office applications; Bloomberg
  • Must have several years' experience within the equity markets
  • Reliability (quality to address errors or oversights, fairness, straightforwardness, respectability)
  • Encourage compliance, integrity and ethics within the business
