We have a fantastic opportunity for you to start your career in HR, specifically in Electronic Rostering! This role is key to supporting our staff to deliver excellent patient care and contributes to achieving objectives in the new workforce plan.
You will learn to utilise the Trust's E-Rostering system for data analysis and develop customer service and prioritisation skills in a busy environment. You will work closely with teams such as Human Resources, Payroll, and Workforce.
The E-Roster Team is part of the Human Resources Department, supporting Medical and Non-Medical (Agenda for Change) rotas. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop a broad skill set, with formal training provided for the IT systems used.

The successful applicant will handle customer service duties, managing enquiries via face-to-face, telephone, video call, and email. You will also perform clerical tasks to support the team efficiently.
