Are you experienced in Slots & Electronic Gaming, with a sharp eye for strategy and performance?

Grosvenor Casino The Victoria is looking for a driven and energetic Electronic Gaming Team Leader to elevate our slots and e-tables experience - boosting performance, leading a passionate team, and delivering standout results.

As the team leader, you will:

  • Lead, support, and develop a highly capable electronic gaming team
  • Maintain brand standards across all electronic products, delivering revenue growth above budget, managing KPI’s and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Drive the performance of the electronic gaming machines, proactively driving stakes across slots and e-tables, controlling margin and costs to drive casino profitability.
  • Work closely with the Casino Manager Hosting and central electronic support department to ensure slots & e-table games are optimised.
Qualifications

Applicants must have a valid PFL (Personal Functional Licence) issued by the Gambling Commission.

Outside of understanding Slots & E-Gaming machines, you’ll have an extremely high attention to detail and will be able to demonstrate best in class customer service.

Having a commercial mindset will be advantageous and as you’ll be leading a team; you’ll need high empathy and strong core values.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
