Job Description

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a dynamic Electronic Gaming Manager to lead our slots and e-tables operations. You will drive performance, enhance customer experience, and lead a high-energy team.

In this fast-paced environment, you’ll be the expert on electronic gaming, maximizing profitability, analyzing machine performance, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will inspire and develop your team, ensure operational excellence, and contribute to the future success of our venue.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate a team of gaming professionals
• Drive growth in machine stake and margin efficiency
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure player protection
• Analyze performance data to optimize machine layout and product mix
• Make key decisions in the absence of the General Manager

Qualifications:

• A current PML license
• Proven leadership in electronic gaming
• A passion for delivering top-tier customer experiences
• Strong analytical skills for data and performance trends
• A commitment to responsible gaming and team development
