Job Description

As an Electronic Gaming Host, your role is pivotal in creating an unforgettable experience for our customers, you’ll be the welcoming face of our electronic gaming floor. Your enthusiasm for connecting with people will shine as you greet and attend to our guests, making them feel both valued and entertained.

Qualifications

• An understanding of the overall standard of the electronic gaming offer within the unit & those factors which impact its contribution to the business, together with a willingness to learn more about this product area
• Experience of working successfully in a hospitality role
• A positive attitude, great customer service and social skills
• A willingness to be a team player, ensuring high customer service standards are delivered
