Please note - you must have a full UK driving license for this role and be able to attend training at the Crowne Plaza, Gatwick Airport, from Sunday 21st to Friday 26th July. Travel expenses, accommodation, and evening meals will be paid.

This is an ongoing role after training, with 37.5 hours per week.

Are you ready to make a real impact in your community? Our client, a highly respected local government organization, is seeking passionate individuals to join their electronic tagging service team. Help monitor and support those who need it most, ensuring safety and security for all.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Installing and decommissioning electronic monitoring equipment in the homes of monitored individuals.
  2. Visiting homes of individuals on curfew to install and calibrate monitoring equipment, ensuring detection within property boundaries.
  3. Maintaining and repairing electronic monitoring devices.
  4. Collaborating with team members for smooth operations and communication.
  5. Providing excellent customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring.
Requirements:
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the UK; a car and fuel will be provided for work purposes.
  • No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
  • BPSS clearance (to be obtained upon successful application).
  • DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high standard of verbal English.
  • Ability to work flexibly, independently, and as part of a team.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
